+Is there a minimum order?
Yes — a minimum of 6 cookies per order at R50 each. You can mix and match any flavours.
+Do you deliver in Mossel Bay?
Yes. Local Mossel Bay delivery is R25 and is hand-delivered on the agreed date.
+Do you courier across South Africa?
Yes. Standard courier is R159 (2–5 working days), express courier is R199 to main centres.
+How long does delivery take?
Local Mossel Bay: on the agreed date. Standard courier: 2–5 working days. Express: usually next working day to main centres (order before 10:00).
+How should cookies be stored?
In an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy within 5–7 days for best texture.
+Can the cookies be frozen?
Yes. Freeze in an airtight container, thaw at room temperature and warm briefly before serving.
+How should cookies be reheated?
10–15 seconds in the microwave brings back the fresh-baked, gooey-centre feel.
+Do the products contain allergens?
Our cookies typically contain wheat (gluten), egg, dairy and soy, and are produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific allergen concern.
+Can I order different flavours in one box?
Absolutely — the whole idea is that you mix and match. Any combination is fine as long as you hit the minimum of 6 cookies.
+Can I place an order for a party, business or children's event?
Yes, we love event and bulk orders. Get in touch a few days ahead via WhatsApp or the order form and we'll bake the batch fresh for you.
+Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add a personalised message for R25 and we'll include it beautifully in your box.
